I called Precision Garage Door for general maintenance on my garage door. Within 2 hours a service tech (Trevor) was on site. My garage door was 20+ years old and had no maintenance to speak of done prior to Trevor showing up. Trevor was very professional and explained the issues and he replaced motor, spring, cables and rollers. I would highly recommend Precision. Trevor is a true asset to Precision - he was an exceptional service tech!

Eric was the tech who came fix my garage door that kept going up and down. He explained exactly what he was going to do, told me how long it would take, replaced the outside remote with one that matched the lift device by brand so it would be in sync and work more reliably. Job well done.

Jorge came to assess the situation and found that the garage door was not installed properly hence why we had issues.
