Taylor from the Delaware and Eastern Shore office was absolutely fantastic. Polite, on time, communicated the problem, solution and time it would take to repair. Our garage door broke and they were able to come out and fix it the next day within a few hours! Our tech, Taylor, explained the issues with our old system clearly and helped us to find a solution that fit our needs. Our new garage motor is beyond helpful (and whisper quiet compared to the old one!), great install job, and was done neatly and in a timely manner. We would 1000% recommend for repair or maintenance.

Second time using Precision. They came out last night (Saturday) at 7:30 which was amazing in itself and with no extra charge for weekend service. We were having trouble getting the remotes, keypads and inside control panels for two doors to work. The directions on the key pad and YouTube seemed easy, but the more we tried the worse we made the problem. I decided to call Precision. Eric came within three hours and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem and then asked if we wanted to download the app to our phones so we could control the doors from anywhere. Eric, was friendly, professional and very efficient.

First time using this company. I called yesterday and the technician Bob came out today. He was very professional and efficient. I needed my garage opener re-programmed and remotes. It only took him 20 minutes to complete the job. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience with Precision Overhead Door Service. A spring on our garage door broke so I called the company that had done the initial installation. I was kicked to voicemail to "leave a message". Since I wanted to get this repaired ASAP as our door wouldn't open I searched on-line and saw Precision. They offered the ability to book an appointment on their website and they had one available that same morning between 10 and noon. So I grabbed it and received an immediate confirmation. An hour later I received a phone call from Precision to notify me that the technician was running a little behind and would arrive closer to 12:30. Wow! They actually called to let me know! Take notice Comcast and Dish Network! Then I received another call from the technician Trevor to let me know he was on the way and he gave me his estimated time of arrival. Trevor was extremely polite and proceeded to inspect our door and show me the things that needed to be done. He then provided me with a couple of estimates with an explanation of each and after I made a choice he went to work. He was very efficient, had all the necessary parts on his truck and was finished quickly. I was very impressed with his overall professionalism and the quality of the work he did. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door installation or repair!

Trevor did a great job. He got me all set-up for a functional garage door with remote access. He was very apologetic about coming later than scheduled. That was fine because the boss/manager let me know the situation so that I could run some errands and not just wait around.

Tim S. is a true professional. He was prompt, friendly and most importantly very knowledgeable. He identified the issues quick and offered up a couple different options. He came prepared and was able to repair the problem in under an hour. We setup the appointment around 10:00 pm on a Friday night and he was here by 11:00 the next morning and done by noon. Top notch service.
