We had an excellent experience with technician Richard Clemente from Newport, DE. He came promptly per schedule & reviewed the situation of our existing non-functioning operator. He tried various ways to make it work again. Once it was clear that the 20 year old existing operator could not work again, he walked us through 3 replacement options. He was not pushy with his sales pitch & readily supported our decision that the cheapest option was the best for our needs. He had all the parts & equipment with him to install then & there. When installing the new equipment, he improved the supports & the attachment to the door. He was kind enough to set up all the remote & keypad codes for us. He then took away the old equipment & parts for recycling. The new installation is so much quieter & the door operation no longer rattles & shakes the house. Not only is this operation smoother, I believe our existing overhead door & tracks will now last much longer as Richard eliminated the door's racking as it opened & closed. Many thanks for a job well-done..This technician obviously enjoys helping homeowners.

We've had an issue with both of our garage doors over the past 2 years. Each time, Precision was responsive and helpful. They were out next day, identified the problem and fixed it. For the most recent issue, we decided to upgrade our opener, and they gave us quotes for the different options we asked about. They had to order a part, and told us it would be a week, and exactly one week later they returned and installed it, without issue. Our technician, Trevor, was informative and patient as we asked him all the questions we had. He also walked us through all the settings on the door pad, and double checked that everything was working for us. I would recommend Precision to anyone having garage door problems, or if looking to install new systems.

Very quick and well done... Called in the morning with a garage door that would no longer function (Original garage door and workings from my home built in ~1955!). Jorge Creech arrived promptly at 11 am (I called to request service around 8:30 when my garage door was stuck open). He provided 2 options (new door and workings vs rebuilding the existing workings on my current garage door)... Today a technician (Taylor) came to my home to repair a problem and also to tune up my garage door. He called 20 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment and arrive on time. When I came from work on Monday 12/18 I found one of my garage doors cable broken. That evening I contacted Precision Garage Door and received a text message back the same evening . The next morning 12/19 recived a text message with picture of Taylor Bartow stating theTaylor is on his way to check and repair the garage doors. A short time later Taylor called and gave me a ETA and at 9:30 am Taylor was at my home. Taylor was much more then great. He was a great person to speak with and fully explained everything he was and needed to do and he also fully listened to my concerns. Instead of rushing the job Taylor took the extra time to make sure everything was done right. Then he took more time to explain the door opener and the new touch pad. The only thing I can really and truely say is that do not see to many people now a day who will take pretty much a full work day to ensure a job is done right and the customer is fully briefed on what was done and how to operate the new equipment like Taylor Bartow did for the wife and I today Tuesday 12/19.
