Our technician, Dylan Younger, arrived on time, was very courteous, well organized, and installed our new garage door. I have dealt with three technicians (as well as the main office for scheduling) and everyone has been great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

When I came from work on Monday 12/18 I found one of my garage doors cable broken. That evening I contacted Precision Garage Door and received a text message back the same evening . The next morning 12/19 recived a text message with picture of Taylor Bartow stating theTaylor is on his way to check and repair the garage doors. A short time later Taylor called and gave me a ETA and at 9:30 am Taylor was at my home. Taylor was much more then great. He was a great person to speak with and fully explained everything he was and needed to do and he also fully listened to my concerns. Instead of rushing the job Taylor took the extra time to make sure everything was done right. Then he took more time to explain the door opener and the new touch pad. The only thing I can really and truely say is that do not see to many people now a day who will take pretty much a full work day to ensure a job is done right and the customer is fully briefed on what was done and how to operate the new equipment like Taylor Bartow did for the wife and I today Tuesday 12/19. Thank you Taylor and Precision Garage Door for the communications during the repair job. Thank you Jim

Spring on garage door broke just a couple days before house was going on the market. Precision came out and fixed it same day. Jorge did a great job replacing the spring and tuning up the door.

I called Precision Garage Door on a Saturday because my garage door spring broke. I was very impressed that they said they could come out Monday. I made the appointment on my day off that Wednesday. The technician came out and provided me with several options from a quick fix all the way to a new door. None of the options were unreasonably priced. I wanted a new door so he gave me several options. He was not pushy at all. He said the door would be in about 4-6 weeks. From the time I contracted with them to the day of installation was about 5 weeks. On the day of installation, I was contacted by Dylan Younger. He was very polite and told me about what time he would be there. He showed up on time. He did a great job doing the installation. He took it upon himself to fix the wall mounted garage door opener that has never worked since I owned the house. That initiative was very impressive. I have been extremely pleased with the entire process from the first phone call to the installation. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Thursday evening. We called Precision and they were able to send a technician to replace the springs the next day. Taylor arrived within the time frame we were given. He was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. I can't say enough good things about this experience.

Jorge was exceptional! Professional. Polite. Experienced. Honest. Day 1: Jorge came to St Michaels to assess the broken garage door situation [ closed 1 of 3 garage doors on the open hatch back of an SUV and broke the spring, disabled the door]. Day 2. Jorge & his assistant (who was awesome but I have unfortunately forgotten his name). Jorge explained the situation and suggested options very concisely. After consideration the decision was to update all 3 doors due to a dangerous older spring mechanism. They spent most of the day installing the necessary equipment. After the job was complete they took considerable time to demonstrate the new working system and to explain how to keep everything in perfect working condition. They offered to come back anytime should there be any issue. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Eastern Shore. They answered on a weekend, offered emergency service on a Sunday (for an additional charge), arrived promptly as scheduled the next day, suggested options for repair, performed the work efficiently and professionally ... +++And Jorge & co-worker were awesome! Thank you!

Eric and Trevor were very professional from my first contact with them this afternoon. My 30 year garage door openers were replaced within a few hours this afternoon and I am very pleased with my new Lift master openers and all the new features. Workmanship was excellent. Considering I called yesterday afternoon, the service was spot on.

My spring broke on my garage door. Made online appointment and the technician Jasper Brown, gave all the options that I could take to fix it. I decided to replace the one spring with two, both drums and cables and all rollers. Jason was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. The door is back in operation and is a lot quieter. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door for your garage needs.

The installation was well performed. Tech was very knowledgeable on the operation and installation. However, the left garage door has a space i can put my finger through which will allow cold air and bees into the garage. As I remarked earlier, perfect install, tech worked by himself for 9 plus hours. I'd like to get the frame adjusted before the cold weather approaches. Thank you GREAT JOB!

Eric was fantastic today. He advised us that we needed a new door opener, to handle new heavier door. He also did a great job adjusting door. I just wish we would have been told that we needed a new one when we purchased the door. Instead we were told the existing opener could handle the new door. Your company has been very responsive and I really appreciate good customer service.

They were prompt responding to my inquiry about a new garage door opener system. An appointment confirmation email was received along with a photo the technician who would be arriving. Ronald was an outstanding technician. His schedule allowed him to arrive early. He explain the various options and was done in a timely manner. He was very professional and went over how everything worked and removed the old system. We are very please with our product and the service.
