I called Precision on a Sat because a spring on one of our garage doors broke. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and got us set up for Monday morning (it was not an emergency). Ryan called to let me know he was on his way and showed up full of enthusiasm and got right to work with writing up estimates. We went over them and once I agreed he got right to work. Ryan was very professional and personable which goes a long way in my opinion. Before I knew it he was done, explained the warranty again and was off to his next job. Thank you Precision and especially Ryan Bunting! I will be recommending Precision to anyone that needs their services and will definitely call them if we need additional services for our other doors. I was in search of a good company to install an automatic garage opener. My dad has used this company before so I thought I would try them out for my new home. When they say same day service, they aren't lying! I called at 10am and my garage opener was installed by 3pm the same day. Jorge my installer did an excellent job! Their company texts you that they are on their way and you can see their live location. Jorge was kind and answered any questions that I had. I felt very comfortable and knew that I was in good hands. Jorge gave me a few different options to choose from and I went with the more expensive one since it came with a few more perks such as a light, two remotes, phone app access, and a camera. Also, when the garage opens, it's super quiet and not loud/disruptive at all. Thank you so much and I'm excited to use my new and improved garage!!!

I would 100% recommend this company! Our service tech Taylor was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and did a wonderful job for us. He gave us the options and explained them thoroughly. We knew what the price was going to be before any work was done. Now that the new springs have been installed the door moves more smoothly and is much quieter.

I called in a panic on a Tuesday night when the spring broke on my garage door. It sounded like someone breaking in. When I saw the cable hanging down, I knew what happened. Precision came to my mind because I had seen their ad. I called at 10:30 pm to see if someone could come in the morning because I needed to get out of the garage. True to their ad, Andrew showed up at 8am on Wednesday morning. He repaired the spring and I was able to use the door that day. Since my garage door opener and door were 19 years old I opted to replace everything with no pressure. Due to my request for an insulated door, I was given an install date for the following Monday. Eric G. arrived early on Monday morning and immediately set to work. He worked professionally and by afternoon I had a new garage door, opener, and it is great. The garage door is whisper quiet. My garage was cleaner when he left then when he came in. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone else. It is a little more pricey than others but the quality and workmanship proved worth it. Love the new door and all the elements including the much brighter light of the door opener.

Taylor made perhaps the lowest pressure sales pitch I may have experienced, except for those in which the salesperson just really didn't care. The installer, Eric, was professional as well as personable. The job site was left very clean, and we are thrilled with the finished project as well as the quality of the product. Highly recommended!

We appreciate Precision Garage Door for replacing the garage door panels that were delivered damaged for the initial installation. Andrew came and replaced the damage panels. He also assisted with setting up our MyQ on our cell phone. The doors look great.

Their communication with me during the process was first rate. The first company I tried to hire left me sitting in my car for several hours waiting for them but never showed up and did not call. Everything from the phone call to set up the appointment to the completion of the job was great. Our technician, Bobby, contacted us to let us know his ETA. He was on time. Bobby assessed the work to be done and gave us 3 quotes for the different options we could choose for the repair. After we made our choice he started on the job and was done in less than an hour. The technician had all of the parts that were needed already stocked on his truck. There was no "I need to order the part and come back next week". It was done quickly and professionally. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing this type of work done. It was a very pleasant experience.

The Tech was on time and very polite. The garage door was repaired fast and he explained the process and options I had. I cannot judge the price, because other companies I contacted never returned my call! Precision was in constant contact about arrival time, reminder, etc. Would definitely hire them again.
