I tried to open my garage door around 8 am on a Wednesday & realized that the motor went up, so I called a company just 3 miles from my house & they told me that a technician can be out on the following Thursday which was 8 days later. So, I called Precision & told them my problem and they said a technician would be out today between 12-2 I said great. My technician was Andrew McCluskey & he called me to let me know that he was on his way be there around 12-12:30. He was very Professional checking everything, gave me an estimate on the cost of the repairs & the work would be completed today.
