Our garage door broke and they were able to come out and fix it the next day within a few hours! Our tech, Taylor, explained the issues with our old system clearly and helped us to find a solution that fit our needs. Our new garage motor is beyond helpful (and whisper quiet compared to the old one!), great install job, and was done neatly and in a timely manner. We would 1000% recommend for repair or maintenance.

We called at 8 am and they arrived to work just after 9 am. Great response time with a new customer. Estimated the repair quickly. Jorge gave us 3 choices. He got our door repaired and operating within the hour. He explained what he did, why he did it and gave us pointers for maintenance. Jorge is respectful and a n8ce guy to talk to. He is very knowledgeable and offers many helpful hints. Precision and Jorge are definitely on our contractor list.

Very quick and well done... Called in the morning with a garage door that would no longer function (Original garage door and workings from my home built in ~1955!). Jorge Creech arrived promptly at 11 am (I called to request service around 8:30 when my garage door was stuck open). He provided 2 options (new door and workings vs rebuilding the existing workings on my current garage door)... I went with the rebuild and by 1 pm had a fully operational garage door again - running smoothly. Thank you for the prompt and friendly service!
