I called Precision to repair my garage door. Great service! Richard C. was on time and professional. He examined my door and listened to my concerns. He reviewed all my options of which I chose one. He completed the job in about an hour and was on the road. Very happy with the outcome and guess what? I can use my garage door again. Very pleased. Promote Rich as soon as possible. Hes an asset to your company.

We discovered that our garage door didn't work due to a broken wire. That was early Friday evening. I called Precision and was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning! I was completely surprised by the prompt availability of service. Moreover, the technician, Rick Clemente, showed up in the promised time frame. Rick quickly assessed the problem and assured me he had all parts necessary to repair it. He also explained in an understandable way that there were several options available. He quickly prepared cost proposals for each option. Because of his explanation, I was satisfied that we should use a new (and better) mechanism for raising the door. It also turned out that that choice acutally cost less than simply repairing the existing mechanism. Rick completed the work within the time he estimated. He explained exactly what he had done. He was affable and, important to me, plainly enjoyed his work and took pride in it. I was completely satisfied with every aspect of Precision's performance -- its response time, the competence of the technician, the quality of the work, the value of the repair. Precision even sent me a color photo of Rick before he arrived in order to assure me that Rick was in fact the authorized technician. I could not have been more pleased.

I called for an appointment for my garage door that was not opening, and there was an opening that day. A Precision technician (Richard C) came to my house same day that I called. This entire business was so professional from the time I placed the call, to the repair, and even follow up afterwards. I have never seen such excellent customer service. Really just amazing. I can't praise them enough. I highly recommend them. so punctual, knowledgeable and professional AND resonably priced.
