Precision Door is the best. They have always have the parts and tools on their truck to fix everything with one visit. Their techs are experienced and knowledgeable so they don't waste your time. They always explain what they found and the proposed solution. Estimates for repairs are given to you in writing before any work is done. Follow up visits for reoccurring problems are at no charge, excluding new parts. They are more expensive than most other companies, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended,

Brandon was early/on time for 12-4 appt. Quickly solved remote opener problem and also as a precaution changed circuit boards on 2 units. His manner and interface were excellent. Would be glad to have him back.

The technician Benjamin Heffner arrived on time. He took the time to look over the entire door and all the moving parts. He then told us of the options that we had to repair the door. We chose our best option and Benjamin got right to work. He replaced the springs and all the moving parts. Benjamin did a very nice job in a very professional manner. Great job.....
