Our service tech, Ben, was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable! He described all our problems and replaced all needed parts. Our garage door is so quiet now when opening and closing! The technician Benjamin Heffner arrived on time. He took the time to look over the entire door and all the moving parts. He then told us of the options that we had to repair the door. We chose our best option and Benjamin got right to work. He replaced the springs and all the moving parts. Benjamin did a very nice job in a very professional manner. Great job.....
