Great Experience. Taylor showed up early, contacted me to let me know he was ahead of schedule. Assessed what was wrong, gave me some options and fixed the door in an extremely fast time frame and at a reasonable price. Would definitely use them again.

Eric Bartow showed up on time. Took him 1 minute to identify problem and even less to fix it. Amazing. In warranty follow up and they were here the next business day. Can't do any better than that. Precision is the best.

The technician, Taylor was prompt, informative, friendly, and competent. He had our garage door seals replaced within minutes, explaining what he was doing as he worked. He is clearly very skilled, and also was happy to answer questions we had regarding door maintenance. From start to finish our experience with Precision was great. They are efficient and honest, something not seen often enough!
