My home was struck by lightening. Remotes and outside opener would not work. Neighbor’s garage door would not work at all. She called Precision and Tim came the same day. When he finished her job he came to my house diagnosed the problem. Had a new unit installed in about 1 hour. This unit is much quieter than the previous 4 year old Liftmaster and I love the new modern features. Tim was professional, courteous and a credit to your company.

15 years ago we had your company install a brand new garage door for us. we were so pleased with the whole process. the techs who did the install were great! when our garage door start showing signs of wear, we knew right away that we would call precision again. our tech Tim, was awesome! he listened to our questions and concerns, and took his time explaining every step. the whole process was finished in a few hours. the work area was cleaned and he went over any questions we had about using the new parts. if we could, we would give him and precision a 20 rating! awesome company!

He came prepared and was able to repair the problem in under an hour. We setup the appointment around 10:00 pm on a Friday night and he was here by 11:00 the next morning and done by noon.
