Service scheduling was easy and repair was made promptly. Appreciated the inspection, estimate and repair were all done in the same visit. Less than 2 hours for everything. Our spring was broken, so we had 2 new ones installed. Technician also had a replacement for the missing light cover we didn't know was missing. He added a light bulb and now, our garage opener is better than ever. Friendly, professional technician. Highly recommend.

I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience with Precision Overhead Door Service. A spring on our garage door broke so I called the company that had done the initial installation. I was kicked to voicemail to "leave a message". Since I wanted to get this repaired ASAP as our door wouldn't open I searched on-line and saw Precision. They offered the ability to book an appointment on their website and they had one available that same morning between 10 and noon. So I grabbed it and received an immediate confirmation. An hour later I received a phone call from Precision to notify me that the technician was running a little behind and would arrive closer to 12:30. Wow! They actually called to let me know! Take notice Comcast and Dish Network! Then I received another call from the technician Trevor to let me know he was on the way and he gave me his estimated time of arrival. Trevor was extremely polite and proceeded to inspect our door and show me the things that needed to be done. He then provided me with a couple of estimates with an explanation of each and after I made a choice he went to work. He was very efficient, had all the necessary parts on his truck and was finished quickly. I was very impressed with his overall professionalism and the quality of the work he did. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door installation or repair!

We've had an issue with both of our garage doors over the past 2 years. Each time, Precision was responsive and helpful. They were out next day, identified the problem and fixed it. For the most recent issue, we decided to upgrade our opener, and they gave us quotes for the different options we asked about. They had to order a part, and told us it would be a week, and exactly one week later they returned and installed it, without issue. Our technician, Trevor, was informative and patient as we asked him all the questions we had. He also walked us through all the settings on the door pad, and double checked that everything was working for us. I would recommend Precision to anyone having garage door problems, or if looking to install new systems.
