I had a big loud noise when i opened my garage door . We opened it , he looked at it on both sides , then he looked at me and said the weather strips had a build up of dirt and old oily film which was sticky on them. I was amazed and I looked at them and it made sense. He lubed the metal parts and I cleaned the strips and now it sounds normal. I am very happy. Thank you Jorge. You made my day.

We had Precision replace our 2 motors today with new ones including new openers and keypads added. We’ve used this company in the past once with a door that was acting up and they were able to fix it same day and it’s worked great for years. Our whole setup is about 20 years old so definitely time for some upgrades. When I called for the motors, they were able to send a tech out the same day, went over all the options, he was professional, communicated arrival time and we scheduled for the same week, just 2 days later. We also went over recommendations for what to do next - our springs will likely need replaced in the next 1-3 years. We will definitely be calling Precision when it’s time for that as well. All around excellent company! Highly recommend.

I was quoted $1,600+ to replace my broken springs. They quoted me $403 for each spring. pds powder-coated torsion springs 218/207 go from $50 to $150. Absolute joke. I was hoping after reading the reviews that the $75 scam fee I paid I shouldn't be worried about it. But of course with companies like these just like Michael and Sons they over charge you. No way in hell these guys get a 4.9 review for over charging and scamming people.
