Upon arrival, Mr Taylor Bartow evaluated the situation and explained the problem. He prepared and explained three repair options . After my asking a series of questions, I chose the middle option. Mr Bartow gave me a estimated completion time and proceeded to make the repairs. I was pleased with Mr Bartow professional manner and the time spent explaining the work scope.

I had a big loud noise when i opened my garage door . We opened it , he looked at it on both sides , then he looked at me and said the weather strips had a build up of dirt and old oily film which was sticky on them. I was amazed and I looked at them and it made sense. He lubed the metal parts and I cleaned the strips and now it sounds normal. I am very happy. Thank you Jorge. You made my day.
