The technician Benjamin Heffner arrived on time. He took the time to look over the entire door and all the moving parts. He then told us of the options that we had to repair the door. We chose our best option and Benjamin got right to work. He replaced the springs and all the moving parts. Benjamin did a very nice job in a very professional manner. Great job.....

We had Precision replace our 2 motors today with new ones including new openers and keypads added. We’ve used this company in the past once with a door that was acting up and they were able to fix it same day and it’s worked great for years. Our whole setup is about 20 years old so definitely time for some upgrades. When I called for the motors, they were able to send a tech out the same day, went over all the options, he was professional, communicated arrival time and we scheduled for the same week, just 2 days later. We also went over recommendations for what to do next - our springs will likely need replaced in the next 1-3 years. We will definitely be calling Precision when it’s time for that as well. All around excellent company! Highly recommend.

A Precision technician (Richard C) came to my house same day that I called. This entire business was so professional from the time I placed the call, to the repair, and even follow up afterwards.
