I called Precision to repair my garage door. Great service! Richard C. was on time and professional. He examined my door and listened to my concerns. He reviewed all my options of which I chose one. He completed the job in about an hour and was on the road. Very happy with the outcome and guess what? I can use my garage door again. Very pleased. Promote Rich as soon as possible. Hes an asset to your company.

Great Experience. Taylor showed up early, contacted me to let me know he was ahead of schedule. Assessed what was wrong, gave me some options and fixed the door in an extremely fast time frame and at a reasonable price. Would definitely use them again.

Taylor our technician was awesome. He explained our situation in terms we could understand. The spring on our automatic garage door broke and he showed us how the Precision replacement spring would distribute the load on the door better. Taylor was very patient and kind. He answered all of our questions and clearly displayed his expertise and pride in his work. We called Precision this time because we were impressed with their TV commercials. The pleasant experience we had with Taylor validates the claims Precision makes in their commercials.
