I called Precision to repair my garage door. Great service! Richard C. was on time and professional. He examined my door and listened to my concerns. He reviewed all my options of which I chose one. He completed the job in about an hour and was on the road. Very happy with the outcome and guess what? I can use my garage door again. Very pleased. Promote Rich as soon as possible. Hes an asset to your company.

Everything was very smooth from the initial appointment through the installation. We were kept informed of the status of our order. Dylan was friendly and professional and clearly experienced. He and the other technician appeared to work very well together. The door looks great and operates smoothly. A big improvement over our original door.

I called for an appointment for my garage door that was not opening, and there was an opening that day. Rich was the serviceman who was prompt, personable, professional, knowledgeable and was able to fix my problem. Taylor from the Delaware and Eastern Shore office was absolutely fantastic. Polite, on time, communicated the problem, solution and time it would take to repair. I've never had to use a garage door repair company before today so I called Precision Garage Door. Rich Clemente was the technician that came out, he did not disappoint. Rich was great and explained the whole repair process. A bit expensive however you pay for quality parts and workmanship. Highly recommend Precision for your Garage Door Repair.
