Eric Barstow was professional, absolutely knowledgeable about the garage door system and new products. He explained some issues that existed with my outdated lift system and explained likely future problems and issues with old systems wearing out. I chose the Lift Master system after his explanation of the different ones available for purchase. The installation went very smoothly and once it was complete Eric gave me a tour of the new system. The difference from my old system was like night and day. Im extremely pleased with the product and I want to thank Eric for his guidance on the subject. I forget the persons name I spoke to on the phone but she was great in setting up my appointment. Trevor was a total professional in every aspect of my experience today. As a business owner I am always considering the full experience. Trevor contacted me to let me know an estimated arrival time which I appreciated, he arrived a little before that which was great. He diagnosed the problem quickly and then provided me with a number of options and was very thorough explaining to me exactly what was going on and then preformed the job efficiently and cleanly. I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience with Precision Overhead Door Service. A spring on our garage door broke so I called the company that had done the initial installation. I was kicked to voicemail to "leave a message". Since I wanted to get this repaired ASAP as our door wouldn't open I searched on-line and saw Precision. They offered the ability to book an appointment on their website and they had one available that same morning between 10 and noon. So I grabbed it and received an immediate confirmation. An hour later I received a phone call from Precision to notify me that the technician was running a little behind and would arrive closer to 12:30. Wow! They actually called to let me know! Take notice Comcast and Dish Network! Then I received another call from the technician Trevor to let me know he was on the way and he gave me his estimated time of arrival. Trevor was extremely polite and proceeded to inspect our door and show me the things that needed to be done. He then provided me with a couple of estimates with an explanation of each and after I made a choice he went to work. He was very efficient, had all the necessary parts on his truck and was finished quickly. I was very impressed with his overall professionalism and the quality of the work he did. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door installation or repair!
