The technician, Taylor was prompt, informative, friendly, and competent. He had our garage door seals replaced within minutes, explaining what he was doing as he worked. He is clearly very skilled, and also was happy to answer questions we had regarding door maintenance. From start to finish our experience with Precision was great. They are efficient and honest, something not seen often enough!
