Taylor our technician was awesome. He explained our situation in terms we could understand. The spring on our automatic garage door broke and he showed us how the Precision replacement spring would distribute the load on the door better. Taylor was very patient and kind. He answered all of our questions and clearly displayed his expertise and pride in his work. We called Precision this time because we were impressed with their TV commercials. The pleasant experience we had with Taylor validates the claims Precision makes in their commercials.

Scheduling my service call was a breeze. Electronic confirmation of my appt and an update to let me know when the tech was on his way, including a little bio on him, was super helpful! Jorge, our technician, was great! He called me with his ETA, he was right on time, we discussed the issue I was having with my garage door opener, he spotted the issue right away and fixed it in no time! Greatly appreciate his knowledge, his expertise and his courteous demeanor! When its time for our garage doors to be replaced, Im sticking with Jorge and Precision Garage Door of Delaware & Eastern Maryland! Thx, Jorge!!!

I found Precision Garage Door online last night when our door would not shut completely. I was so surprised they could come this morning. Bob was fantastic! He did the work with such competence and kindness. Very reasonable fee. If we have other issues, they will be the first to receive a call. And we will request Bob!

I was quoted $1,600+ to replace my broken springs. They quoted me $403 for each spring. pds powder-coated torsion springs 218/207 go from $50 to $150. Absolute joke. I was hoping after reading the reviews that the $75 scam fee I paid I shouldn't be worried about it. But of course with companies like these just like Michael and Sons they over charge you. No way in hell these guys get a 4.9 review for over charging and scamming people.
