The technician that supported me, Taylor Bartow, was amazing. He was very professional, experienced, knowledgeable and provided amazing customer service from start to finish. I decided to install a new motor after Taylor provided me with a transparent and fair assessment of the situation. The options were reasonable and I greatly appreciated his patience and support. The work completed was excellent and he was very efficient. I am completely satisfied with the Company experience!!

Taylor our technician was awesome. He explained our situation in terms we could understand. The spring on our automatic garage door broke and he showed us how the Precision replacement spring would distribute the load on the door better. Taylor was very patient and kind. He answered all of our questions and clearly displayed his expertise and pride in his work. We called Precision this time because we were impressed with their TV commercials. The pleasant experience we had with Taylor validates the claims Precision makes in their commercials.

Scheduling my service call was a breeze. Electronic confirmation of my appt and an update to let me know when the tech was on his way, including a little bio on him, was super helpful! Jorge, our technician, was great! He called me with his ETA, he was right on time, we discussed the issue I was having with my garage door opener, he spotted the issue right away and fixed it in no time! Greatly appreciate his knowledge, his expertise and his courteous demeanor!
