What I appreciated most was Andrews friendly demeanor; he made the entire experience enjoyable! Meh ...wayyyyyyyyy over priced on springs. Not even kidding like 10 times the price. Came on a Sunday, so I paid for convenience. Shop around. Nice guys and nice work though.

Eric was the tech who came fix my garage door that kept going up and down. He explained exactly what he was going to do, told me how long it would take, replaced the outside remote with one that matched the lift device by brand so it would be in sync and work more reliably. Job well done.

Eric Barstow was professional, absolutely knowledgeable about the garage door system and new products. He explained some issues that existed with my outdated lift system and explained likely future problems and issues with old systems wearing out. I chose the Lift Master system after his explanation of the different ones available for purchase. The installation went very smoothly and once it was complete Eric gave me a tour of the new system. The difference from my old system was like night and day. Im extremely pleased with the product and I want to thank Eric for his guidance on the subject. I will be recommending Precision door to friends and colleagues.

Precision Garage Door of Eastern Shore Maryland is awesome!!! I called and explained what was wrong with our garage door and Willow sent a technician (Trevor Kalista) to our address within an hour and a half!! Trevor had conducted an inspection and gave me several proposals to choose from and I picked the one I thought was feasible and ON SITE within minutes after choosing, Trevor had replaced the motor, springs, safety eyes, berings, interior opener switch and exterior code pad. Trevor was very informative and professional, kind and respectful. Trevor is a true asset to the Precision Garage Door team. This writer highly recommends this company.

I forget the persons name I spoke to on the phone but she was great in setting up my appointment. Trevor was a total professional in every aspect of my experience today. As a business owner I am always considering the full experience. Trevor contacted me to let me know an estimated arrival time which I appreciated, he arrived a little before that which was great. He diagnosed the problem quickly and then provided me with a number of options and was very thorough explaining to me exactly what was going on and then preformed the job efficiently and cleanly. Then wrapped everything up making sure I knew how to use my new system. Great job! Made me a customer that will always go back to them whenever I have the need. Thanks everyone! In this day and age where we deal with challenges in quality of work and difficulty staffing this team at Precision Garage Door is doing something really right.

I tried to open my garage door around 8 am on a Wednesday & realized that the motor went up, so I called a company just 3 miles from my house & they told me that a technician can be out on the following Thursday which was 8 days later. So, I called Precision & told them my problem and they said a technician would be out today between 12-2 I said great. My technician was Andrew McCluskey & he called me to let me know that he was on his way be there around 12-12:30. He was very Professional checking everything, gave me an estimate on the cost of the repairs & the work would be completed today. He explained all parts that he was going to replace & his work was very neat. I HIGHLY recommend Precision Garage Door, and I am spreading the fantastic news to ALL. THANKS AGAIN Precision & Andrew

I called Precision garage door service and was able to get an appointment immediately. I was fortunate to have Brendan Male show up and he did an absolute amazing job at fixing my issue with my garage door. I needed a new motor installed and he did it perfectly and quick too. Brendan went above and beyond on even writing 3 quotes for a new garage door. I couldnt be happier with the installation and the service he offered. I will most definitely contact Precision garage door service again for any and all issues I have in the future.
