My garage door was 20+ years old and had no maintenance to speak of done prior to Trevor showing up. Trevor was very professional and explained the issues and he replaced motor, spring, cables and rollers. I would highly recommend Precision. Eric Barstow was professional, absolutely knowledgeable about the garage door system and new products. He explained some issues that existed with my outdated lift system and explained likely future problems and issues with old systems wearing out. I called and explained what was wrong with our garage door and Willow sent a technician (Trevor Kalista) to our address within an hour and a half!! Trevor had conducted an inspection and gave me several proposals to choose from and I picked the one I thought was feasible and ON SITE within minutes after choosing, Trevor had replaced the motor, springs, safety eyes, berings, interior opener switch and exterior code pad.
