I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience with Precision Overhead Door Service. A spring on our garage door broke so I called the company that had done the initial installation. I was kicked to voicemail to "leave a message". Since I wanted to get this repaired ASAP as our door wouldn't open I searched on-line and saw Precision. They offered the ability to book an appointment on their website and they had one available that same morning between 10 and noon. So I grabbed it and received an immediate confirmation. An hour later I received a phone call from Precision to notify me that the technician was running a little behind and would arrive closer to 12:30. Wow! They actually called to let me know! Take notice Comcast and Dish Network! Then I received another call from the technician Trevor to let me know he was on the way and he gave me his estimated time of arrival. Trevor was extremely polite and proceeded to inspect our door and show me the things that needed to be done. He then provided me with a couple of estimates with an explanation of each and after I made a choice he went to work. He was very efficient, had all the necessary parts on his truck and was finished quickly. I was very impressed with his overall professionalism and the quality of the work he did. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door installation or repair!

Very satisfied defied with service overall. I was able to get an appointment right away. The technician called ahead and was on schedule. He was courteous and explained what needed to be done in laymans terms.

Tim S. is a true professional. He was prompt, friendly and most importantly very knowledgeable. He identified the issues quick and offered up a couple different options. He came prepared and was able to repair the problem in under an hour. We setup the appointment around 10:00 pm on a Friday night and he was here by 11:00 the next morning and done by noon. Top notch service.

From the moment I scheduled my appointment on the website, which was very easy, to the moment Trevor left. I had nothing but a positive experience. Christina was so nice in the text messages. When I needed to change my time. She had informed me that time had been changed, I said thank you and I got a reply of you're very welcome. That's when I knew that it was a great company. From estimate to final completion, these guys were very informative and professional. Jorge was excellent in breaking everything down and giving me two estimates to work with. First time using this company. I called yesterday and the technician Bob came out today. He was very professional and efficient. I needed my garage opener re-programmed and remotes. It only took him 20 minutes to complete the job. I would definitely recommend this company.
