Richard provided excellent service. He inspected the entire garage door system and quickly found an fixed our problem. Tech Ronald Hunt did an excellent job replacing rollers aligning the door and miscellaneous maintenance. He was on time, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend Precision Garage Door of Eastern Shore.

Upon arrival, Mr Taylor Bartow evaluated the situation and explained the problem. He prepared and explained three repair options . After my asking a series of questions, I chose the middle option. Mr Bartow gave me a estimated completion time and proceeded to make the repairs. I was pleased with Mr Bartow professional manner and the time spent explaining the work scope.

Had my garage door get stuck open. Broken cables and other issues. I was able to get an appointment for noon same day. Matthew Taylor is the technician that showed up. Very professional, personable and respectful. Gave me a variety of options with pros and cons. 100% recommend both Matthew and Precision Garage door.

Eric was fantastic today. He advised us that we needed a new door opener, to handle new heavier door. He also did a great job adjusting door. I just wish we would have been told that we needed a new one when we purchased the door. Instead we were told the existing opener could handle the new door. Your company has been very responsive and I really appreciate good customer service.

The technician, Taylor was prompt, informative, friendly, and competent. He had our garage door seals replaced within minutes, explaining what he was doing as he worked. He is clearly very skilled, and also was happy to answer questions we had regarding door maintenance. From start to finish our experience with Precision was great. They are efficient and honest, something not seen often enough!

Our serviceman, Matt was very professional and courteous in answering all our questions. He's extremely knowledgeable in what he does and didn't hesitate to let us know about what was needed and showed us how the new equipment works. It was a great experience and good to know we had a professional working on our home. Our issue was something different than what he normally experiences. The code on the external keypad for one door jumped to the other door. I would highly recommend Precision Door and if you're lucky enough to have Matt as your service professional you won't be let down. Thanks Matt and Precision Door!
