The technician, Taylor was prompt, informative, friendly, and competent. He had our garage door seals replaced within minutes, explaining what he was doing as he worked. He is clearly very skilled, and also was happy to answer questions we had regarding door maintenance. From start to finish our experience with Precision was great. They are efficient and honest, something not seen often enough!

Our serviceman, Matt was very professional and courteous in answering all our questions. He's extremely knowledgeable in what he does and didn't hesitate to let us know about what was needed and showed us how the new equipment works. It was a great experience and good to know we had a professional working on our home. Our issue was something different than what he normally experiences. The code on the external keypad for one door jumped to the other door. Eric was fantastic today. He advised us that we needed a new door opener, to handle new heavier door. He also did a great job adjusting door. I just wish we would have been told that we needed a new one when we purchased the door. Instead we were told the existing opener could handle the new door. Your company has been very responsive and I really appreciate good customer service.
