Our serviceman, Matt was very professional and courteous in answering all our questions. He's extremely knowledgeable in what he does and didn't hesitate to let us know about what was needed and showed us how the new equipment works. It was a great experience and good to know we had a professional working on our home. Our issue was something different than what he normally experiences. The code on the external keypad for one door jumped to the other door. I would highly recommend Precision Door and if you're lucky enough to have Matt as your service professional you won't be let down. Thanks Matt and Precision Door!
