Precision Door is the best. They have always have the parts and tools on their truck to fix everything with one visit. Their techs are experienced and knowledgeable so they don't waste your time. They always explain what they found and the proposed solution. Estimates for repairs are given to you in writing before any work is done. Follow up visits for reoccurring problems are at no charge, excluding new parts. They are more expensive than most other companies, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended,

My home was struck by lightening. Remotes and outside opener would not work. Neighbor’s garage door would not work at all. She called Precision and Tim came the same day. When he finished her job he came to my house diagnosed the problem. Had a new unit installed in about 1 hour. This unit is much quieter than the previous 4 year old Liftmaster and I love the new modern features. Tim was professional, courteous and a credit to your company.

There was an issue with my garage door. I was able to make an appointment online and a technician came the next day, Sarurday. He fixed the problem and installed a new opener to replace my 20-year old one, at my request. Fito was punctual, polite and very skilled at working on garage doors and openers. I had a big loud noise when i opened my garage door . We opened it , he looked at it on both sides , then he looked at me and said the weather strips had a build up of dirt and old oily film which was sticky on them. I was amazed and I looked at them and it made sense. He lubed the metal parts and I cleaned the strips and now it sounds normal. I am very happy. Thank you Jorge. You made my day.

The technician Benjamin Heffner arrived on time. He took the time to look over the entire door and all the moving parts. He then told us of the options that we had to repair the door. 15 years ago we had your company install a brand new garage door for us. we were so pleased with the whole process. the techs who did the install were great! when our garage door start showing signs of wear, we knew right away that we would call precision again. our tech Tim, was awesome! he listened to our questions and concerns, and took his time explaining every step. the whole process was finished in a few hours. the work area was cleaned and he went over any questions we had about using the new parts. if we could, we would give him and precision a 20 rating! awesome company!

We had Precision replace our 2 motors today with new ones including new openers and keypads added. We’ve used this company in the past once with a door that was acting up and they were able to fix it same day and it’s worked great for years. Our whole setup is about 20 years old so definitely time for some upgrades. When I called for the motors, they were able to send a tech out the same day, went over all the options, he was professional, communicated arrival time and we scheduled for the same week, just 2 days later. We also went over recommendations for what to do next - our springs will likely need replaced in the next 1-3 years. We will definitely be calling Precision when it’s time for that as well. All around excellent company! Highly recommend.
