I called Precision to repair my garage door. Great service! Richard C. was on time and professional. He examined my door and listened to my concerns. He reviewed all my options of which I chose one. He completed the job in about an hour and was on the road. Very happy with the outcome and guess what? I can use my garage door again. Very pleased. Promote Rich as soon as possible. Hes an asset to your company.

The technician that supported me, Taylor Bartow, was amazing. He was very professional, experienced, knowledgeable and provided amazing customer service from start to finish.
